The WuJing is the only arm of the PLA that is owned by Xi Jinping. The rest have differing loyalties, while pretending to kowtow to Beijing. Deng Xiaoping still carries a lot of power, and animosity.

He made an assertion about the origin of this virus. I’m drilling in on that.
