I use the data from
www.worldometers.info who seem to be the source for a large majority of news sources and etc. I wait until they post and move the data to yesterday's data before downloading. But yes, I agree, accurate data is critical. It's why I only use number of deaths and one of the more favored sources. Second most accurate, imo, is recovered. Least accurate is number of cases, as testing varies greatly from location to locations, when testing is done, and so forth.
