2) anyone teeting positive gets hydroxychloroquine, z-pack, and zinc doses.

Then we can go back to work.

If we had serology, we could allow folks who’d already been exposed back to work.

The thing about 15 minute tests is that there are not labs staffed with people lined up waiting to give tests.

The hospitals and labs have been doing all of their normal day to day testing. Then you dump all of these Covid tests on top of that...and now you expect them to do tests for people who are not sick?
