So it basically starts in either the sinus or lungs, then goes to heart, then kidneys?
I ask because my brother has severe kidney issues (it probably wouldnt get that far in him).

ACE2 is expressed would relate to systemic infection.
This particular virus I suspect has other modes of infection in the olfactory pathway and potentially to neurological effects.
Just pieces of data here and there that show non-ACE2 locations of infection.
SARs1 was known for causing kidney damage and failure.
