Nobody wants their computer because it isn’t new and snazzy.
So it gets sent to recycle.
Where are things like that recycled?

What happens to those ‘recycled’ hard drives? Think maybe they’re given a once over for important info? Betcha jr didn’t even think about any important info his old pops might have had on that hard drive...
