Yes, you’re right about that. I think the “foot” is missing on my machine, and so the cloth just kind of went all sorts of directions.

Anyway, my sewing machine is a really basic singer. I have my grandma’s foot pedal one, I wonder if that would be harder

I finished my prototype 1.0

The trickiest part is the wire, at the nose/cheek bridge.

Overall, not too shabby.

I need to try to find the Etsy mask you were talking about, with the pocket.

I sewed a felt *filter* into inside of model 1.0....works perfectly...no breathing issues, and can be washed all at once. I wouldn’t mind removable, though.

If you mean treadle, those are really hard to get used to. They start going backwards. You have to be skilled. We had one or two in home ec class when I was a kid.
