We closed the only road into the Florida Keys to non-residents...

Hard to stop the boat traffic.

Because people who own property on Cape Cod and pay heavy taxes for the privilege have as much right to access their property as anyone, even if they’re not year-round residents.

Having said that I’ve spent as much time on the Cape as anyone and can’t say I understand the appeal.
