Yes , Thats why they call it the constitution. And at the very least People should have some input before their rights are to taken away. This social isolation is bullshit , its stupid. They tell you you cant have a party but you can go to Walmart or the supermarket. Over the past 10 years the people in this country have been prepped to accept nonsense from the elites
The justification for this is that we won’t “overwhelm” the health care system. Infections don’t need to be reduced to zero to not overwhelm the health care system. These guidelines trying to stop absolutely every form of social contact are ridiculous. Just reducing the most high-risk events is all that is needed. And that should not include personal gatherings that would never require a license to engage in like a business would.
Indeed, and STOP signs and traffic lights are instructions to be followed, as well.
I am about as independent as one can get, ask my wife, but be assured, common sense has all but disappeared when it comes to panic and pandemics. But yeah, gg, keep up with the gatherings if one so desires, but spare me the phuking complaing that no one warned you or told you to not do so, just ask the Louisiana officals that are blaming the Federal government for not ‘instructing’ them to cancel Mardi Gras.......
Did you see the celebrities packed into the audience at the “IHeart Radio’s ‘Living Room Concert for America” the other night? Where were that cops busting that up?
I wouldn’t call it nonsense. Contagions are spread in large crowds. It makes sense, but it also makes sense to consent only under duress to being corralled and herded like cattle.
At our local supermarket, only eight people are allowed in at one time, and they have to wear gloves, and hurry up and get out so the next group can come in.
