Are you sure? Most insurances don't cover anything that is a natural disaster unless you pay a special price for it. I have heard it said you NEVER want to call up your insurance and say your house is flooded because they will assume it was from a natural disaster. You want to let them know a water pipe has broken. Not sure if they will fix the pipes but they do fix the damage that was done.
You really learn about your insurance coverage when you need it. Then it’s too late. Hopefully we want favorable results but my experience was a huge deductible
