At this point in time we are experiencing a severe and sudden deflation.

There’s been substantial, pent up and latent over valuation in every market for years. That provides deflationary pressure to go with the sudden work stoppage, worldwide.
And there’s also now some substantial inflationary pressure being applied with what appears to be unlimited printing.
