If you develop fever and cough in NYC, a presumptive diagnosis of COVID-19 is being made and most physicians are prescribing Hydroxychloroquine and Zithromax even before shortness of breath develops. Absent a safe and effective vaccine that very well may be the best approach knowing what is currently known. These governors would do more good making hydroxychloroquine and Zithromax readily available to physicians and their patients than constantly clamoring for money and respirators.
