New Orleans isn’t on that list. I think it was a mistake thanks to Mardi Gras.
CDC must be clairvoyant or maybe told those cites would be seeded with this virus to start hiring in November. In reading, the applications were to be accepted until May of 2020. Makes me wonder if the virus was accidentally released ahead of schedule.
