One of our granddaughters is an RN in a Portland, OR emergency room. She says she's seen many chicomvirus cases and is too overworked to check in with the family often. We're in Texas so it's anecdotal here too but she's impressed on all to stay home!

Sister a nurse in Portland too. She’s now at a clinic serving mostly lower income and reports not really too bad. She did say that her former employer in downtown Portland (hospital) trying to hire her back. Respitory floor is slammed and they’re looking to bring on more qualified help.
