The document is very suspicious.
It looks like a type of misinformation meant to poison the well by taking a lot of valid facts (and some invalid ones) and wrapping them up in a presentation that is bat-shit crazy.
In other words, this appears to me to be a black-hat document.
I have no idea. Found it on twitter. Don’t remember where. Don’t know who Larry Johnson (?) is either. I know, be careful who you follow. I don’t follow him but he was on one of the big name’s page.
Now that I went back and re-read my copy of the link it does sound very suspicious. Once again I screwed up! Sorry ALL!
