Thanks. I have all but the oregano in oil form. I have the OREGANOL brand water based Oregano to be taken orally. Haven’t used it in the diffuser, yet.
With all of the anxiety and stress enhancing news prevalent in news and current events, might I suggest lavender oil for its calming and soothing effects?
Personally, I’ll stick with gin & tonic.
By diffuser, do you mean nebulizer? Are they the same thing? I ask because I would not recommend nebulizing oregano oil. That would be some seriously harsh stuff. But I would recommend nebulizing colloidal silver.
