US human trafficking laws were passed that allow prosecution of US citizens, whom are abroad, if they commit acts in foreign countries that would be considered illegal in the US.

Ex: age of consent in Thailand, is 15, and American men go there and have sex with legal prostitutes that are 15 years in age. Thai government in cooperation with US authorities, run a sting operation, snaring American men. The American men are arrested by Thai authorities, extradited to the US, and prosecuted in the US, for serious charges involving sex with minors. Heavy fines and severe prison sentences in some cases. Human trafficking is rampant, and is thriving because of rampant customer base in US. Often, foreign nationals migrate here, and continue their illegal, inhumane practices from their birth countries. Isn’t diversity grand?

“US human trafficking laws were passed that allow prosecution of US citizens”

It’s not done in even 1% of cases that warrant it.

I know a guy that still goes to PI and Thailand to indulge in pedophilia, something he learned in the USN in the 1980s.

But then he was 19 yrs old.

He’s a sick bastard that I no longer speak to.
