I saw a pic of that bat soup, what the heck is anyone thinking to eat that?

I can see eating bats, in the sense of properly butchering and properly cooking the meat. It’s not for me but that bat soup is something else.

I’ve seen a few of the hidden camera vids of the wet markets. No concept of any sanitation, quality control, etc. Just lop of the head of a snake, chop it up, then a bat, etc. all day long.
