I have a friend in FL that was paralyzed with indecision as she needs to help the ILs who are in GA, where it is also getting bad, at least one of them has high risk issues (COPD, among others). I suggested she grab them and run, but if she had to help them in situ then I gave her the basics and basically told her - no direct contact, she shops and sterilizes everything while they hunker inside and sterilize everything. But she’s older, too, so she’s also at risk.
There are no good options. Just worse ones.
