Until that has validation, take it as a rumor. I’m in finance, and there is nothing I’m seeing to believe that.
I was of the same opinion as you until I realized Q said it, I believe it, that settles it.

My read of the communications is that the structural change IS VERY REAL.
It remains to be seen, therefore what when the rubber meets the road and in terms of the impact on the average citizen.
