I understand the arguments against using drugs that are not fully tested, but has anyone read ANYTHING that suggests cholorquine is NOT at least somewhate effective against covid-19?

I, too, am trying to understand the arguments; however, I have read NOTHING to suggest chloroquine, “a widely used anti-malaria pill that was first approved in the US in 1949,” has no positive effect on COVID-19.
