This does not appear necessarily abnormal, depending on when test results became known. Coronavirus causes a respiratory disease and at first CV diseases were ID'd that way. Note that treatment with hydroxychloroquine usually includes the antibiotic Azithromycin to counter bacterial pneumonia, undoubtedly brought on by weakened lungs.

I had good luck going to QMap.pub & searching for "Flag". (But, searching for "USA Flag" would be better -- if you don't want Chinese, etc. flags, too...)

An interesting anomaly: if you click on the flags in Q#3908 & Q#3823, the resulting flag image has fourteen (14) stripes (extra white stripe on the bottom...)

I did a cursory check for steganography, but there was nothing obvious.

I suspect those long image file names might be more likely to contain messages -- but I'm not going to "go crypto"...
