I’m dead if it moves into my lower respiratory tract after I catch it, so I’m holed up in my house, save for walking around the block for exercise, until the epidemic is over or a month after I’m vaccinated for it.
Walking around the block is good. Can you do any kind of upper body exercise safely enough? I’ve have trouble breathing for years, and upper body exercises have been bringing good results each day after.
