Had they assaulted and killed those charged with enforcing the policies, the chances are the camps wouldn’t have worked.

You do realize that quarantines and their enforcement are a part of juris prudence that’s been adjudicated over hundreds of years, right? In this country in fact.
We just haven’t had to use them in about 100 years.

Not if the US Army is a part of it, and the US Army may be the only institution we have that can hold it together.
I assume, too, that every US soldier has proper PPE and that the US Army has the resources to provide the healthcare for their soldiers.
