It is kinda amusing that he is sending docs out there on a Unicorn hunt.
When the boss says “find me a Unicorn”, you go out there and look hard for one. ;-)

If the WH claims they found Unicorns, that is when you go deep into hibernation for a couple of months....no point in debating, just run and hide....
I don’t think Trump is using the Unicorn Hunt dodge. IMO he is genuinely perplexed and grabbing at each new idea as it goes by. But, being Trump, he tells us in real time exactly what he is thinking at the moment. This is the antithesis of Presidential steadiness during an emergency.
