As a nation the # new deaths is flat for 2 1/2 days.

Just look at the damn numbers! I gave you the link. Are you just too lazy to do even that?!

You gave me a link to state by state. Not the country. Look at the states if you will notice the ones at the top, WA, NY, MI, CA? They have epidemics. States with single digit # new deaths were not in the exponential phase ten days ago when the folks dying today caught it. They may be now. We won’t know until the “signal comes out of the noise” and their # of new deaths starts settling down from “noise”. Then you can follow the progress to when the doubling begins.

I don’t know what you are looking at but below those top states all the # new deaths are single digits in all but the top 6 states. That’s noise, statistically. I don’t even need to do fancy arithmetic. I can explain a way to do some if you really love math.
