Daily new cases is a function of testing. Who knows what percentage of people with it have been tested.

This is _not_ hard.

You just have to pay attention—and do some actual homework.

So you are arguing the methods and not the results. Who cares. Sure it’s been biased a bit, but you can tell when you hit peak testing capability. That will occur when the number of new cases stabilizes and stops growing. That can be due to two things. You have reached maximum test kit production or you have hit max infection point.

Only partially true. It is also due to new spread.

Many in northeastern and other coastal urban centers have moved temporarily to some of the more relaxed and backward central states over the past week or so.
