Thank you. I recently switched to the fat-soluble one so I didn’t have to be loading up on it constantly.
It really does keep colds away, and helps them go away.
I also use echinacea, which is not agreeable to everyone’s system. Some, I think, are allergic to it. But it eats viruses for breakfast. Whenever I feel a real cold coming on I take it and adios.
I've read that if you're allergic to ragweed, don't take echinacea. I'm allergic to ragweed and cannot eat certain fruits and vegetables that are related/cross-pollenated (watermelon, cucumbers, bananas, etc.). Allergies are weird that way.
