My husband has been on keto for a year and it has fixed every one of his problems, blood sugar, high cholesterol, even his allergies stopped. He is extreme though, really it’s a fat, meat, dairy and nut diet, almost no veggies 🙄 I am hoping it has a protective effect with CV as well.

I have posted some studies that indicate keto will have a major protective effect by lowering HbA1c and increasing intercellular zinc.

Keto worked for everything except cat allergies. I have spoken to others including some keto thought leaders and they report the same. I have four and it is still a PITA.
