It IS a new disease. The question is not does the medicine work for malaria. We know that. I have seen first hand what happens when not taken when it should have been. I saw a dozen malaria patients in one afternoon.

I saw a dozen malaria patients in one afternoon. I can see that that has a LOT to do with potential risk versus potential benefit, somewhere in that sentence.
Maybe if I re-order the letters I'll be able to find it...
