They fly on a fleet of private charted jets and socialize at conferences and cocktail parties.
They infect each other while socializing, and I suspect their jet fleet is contaminated, since the virus is viable on surfaces after many days.

Most elites do not have to worry about health care. They and their peers contract with another hundred or so of their peers basically buy the practice of a good doctor. Their doctors call it con·cierge medicine.
Then, they donate big money to their local hospitals and even have wings/suites named after them or their parents
Next, they have private fund raisers to raise money for those hospitals.
