Well, the vitamin C may not do anything to slow the virus down, but the diarrhea might. ;) I believe that's one form of viral shedding. I had the flu in early February and boy, did I dehydrate from the diarrhea. Thank God for Immodium-D and Gatorade. Probably saved my life and I'm not kidding.
