How well do they reconstitute?

They were ok reconstituting. I saved them dry for a couple months before using. My wife does not partake in my experiments with food. In fact, I make a lot of regular food she doesn’t eat:) I try things out just because:)

Long term storage, freeze dried in the can. They do make smaller cans of freeze dried egg.
