Hemophilia. The wife of Czar Nicholas was a granddaughter of Victoria and their son was a hemophiliac. Several of Victoria's other granddaughters married German princes and had hemophiliac children as well. That's why Charles and his sibling's are all goofy. Both Elizabeth and Phillip are great grandchildren of Victoria.
Did I read somewhere that most all of the US Presidents are kinfolk with the royals or did I imagine that?
