After the 7th day of a no-school school day, out of 90+ students, I have received replies from five parents and two students. ;-(
So much for “emergency lessons” posted to google docs, emails, and Google Classroom, which I update regularly and check frequently.

Thank you, once again, ransomnote for this thread. It’s the closest to sane place I can be for the interim.
An elementary school near me has had 3 staff testing positive. It is likly gonna be a hotspot for this county. My daughter who is in HS has been told to read for 20 minutes a day. My other daughter in college has started online courses. She is a straight A student. She says the courses are much harder when you are not sitting in a classroom.
You should start handing out detention and asking the parents to ground their kids for skipping class. ;)
