I’m still left wondering what was in the FISA that RR signed ... I’ve always considered it might have added (either therein or accompanying) that at least one FISA truly sought was MIRROR against the perpetrators ... i.e. the greatest sting in the history of the earth. If that was the case, then white hats may have some insight & operational maneuverability re coronavirus *now* that may prove amazing in rounding up & (literally) executing the plan.
