I apologize if this has already been posted, but this company has an interesting website that calculates a score for every county in the US by comparing covid-19 cases with “social distancing effectiveness”. The latter is determined by looking at the change in distance travelled as reported by cellphones through the mobile phone networks. It’s probably the best estimate that is possible to have, and at least shows that in my state (IL) there’s been a substantial reduction in the amount of people moving around as a result of the restrictions that have been put in place.
