SCOTUS shot it down.

True, but..... maybe when people find out that Congress gave themselves a raise during a National Emergency and getting a few more Supremes could change all that.

If the Q movement, and eventual arrest of tens of thousands is true, that the Deep State is taken down... that would most likely involve Rudy Giuliani.

Have been wondering about a national referendum in the Constitution, too. Say 35% of voters last election to get one held on an issue and 75% to pass it into law?
