I don’t think it’s even legal. Telling doctors which drugs they can give out in violation of federal compassionate use laws, never mind without a legislative vehicle. Lawsuit city.
I think the chloroquine is gonna kill as many people over 70 as it saves. And since at most only 25 % die from corona in that age bracket, its simply a gamble. And this state does include the city of Vegas right ?
