NYPD has 38,000 in uniform. And they have reserves and retired.
But based on those who tested positive, at least 2,000 are infected.
There may be a need for NY National Guard at some point.
I am figuring at this point most of NYPD is infected and is spreading it to the local population, including other staff at their precincts.
