As of Jan 14, the WHO swore the disease was under control and not communicable person to person
As of Jan 23 - when Wuhan was closed, Trump was already securing airlift planes to airlift our women and children out of Wuhan - and he did.
As of Feb 2 - the WHO, CDC, and every other ijit was calling Trump a racist for stopping travel from China. The CDC came out against travel restrictions and said they wouldn’t work. The WHO said quarantine wouldn’t work. (btw, guess what China is doing now? yes, quarantining everyone coming into the country and restricting travel)
So who was late to the party? I think maybe China, the CCPboughtWHO and the WHO buddies appeasing CDC - with data and honesty.
Trump trumped them all, proved them all liars, and still lying, and saved thousands and thousands of lives by his quick action.
