I've been feeling sneezy, congested for the last few day. Apparently it's a nasty pollen season due to a mild winter around here.
Try local honey. I switched from 2 cuppas of joe in the morning to just 1 and then tea with local honey. Seems to help. Local bees = enzymes to deal with local flora, or so I'm told.

Thanks. I lived in the desert for 30 years, and my body got used to the pollens there. However, 120 miles NE, there is a whole new set to get used to and this is only my second spring.
There is a mulberry tree in my front yard... UNNGH!
The guy who does the repairs and maintenance on my Tracker is also a beekeeper, so I think when I visit him today, I will will get some of his honey. Thank you so much for the suggestion!
