There’s an array of carts strung with emergency tape to funnel people through the door at intervals of 6 feet. Stock is hit-or-miss. Some brands are not in stock. There were no chicken breasts, not even the most expensive.

Store-brand paper plates were back. People were getting paper towels and toilet paper, but only one package apiece.

So what hit us two weeks ago has finally made its way east. You have my deepest sympathy.

The wind is blowing again, like there’s no tomorrow.

I’ll be glad when this thing is down to a manageable level once again. My body doesn’t like doing things when I’m already tired.

Normality still a dream on the horizon for a while longer then.
Chicken and paper shortage continues here too.
Why Chicken, normally they are giving the stuff away. Most odd.
