Tom finished the beer, finished the chapter, and went on the marsh walk
It was pleasant, but there wasn’t much wildlife.
Later, he and Vlad soundly defeated me at Scrabble. It was okay, though. I made “hyena.”
The marsh walk might be more productive just at daybreak. Or not.
Hyena is an excellent word! It’s been years since I played Scrabble. I was unbeatable, then, but CFIDS. Now I’m dyslexic at times, and can’t edit my own material, when I used to edit for others. And spelling? HAH!
Last night was unsettled again, but I’ve decided, among other things, that I will set my alarm every day until my body gets back onto the schedule it was on before I went to CO. I also found an article on how to train the brain to stop worrying, and I’m going to try to apply the method to when I wake up and my mind thinks it’s time to go to work.
I’ll be off to Walmart again, soon. The back way, of course. Sharon sent me some texts yesterday, asking about the new church schedule. It’s actually the old church schedule, but they’ve added remote broadcast/streaming to it for those who don’t want to attend in person. It will be later, of course, and someone will have to be notified for the sacrament, but that’s a better idea for shut-ins. There’s a woman here who can only go about three times a year so this will be ideal for her.
Anyway, I was so busy with Sharon’s confusion that I forgot to ask her about the construction on SR-9. The back way uses too much gas.
