Actually, any sort of law may be passed and will be on the books until a legal challenge is successful, finding the law unconstitutional.
Just because a law is passed doesnt invalidate your rights.

The remedy for you is to bring a lawsuit, citing your Constitutional rights and asserting that responding to the Census violates those rights. If the Supreme Courts sustains your assertion, you’re good. If you don’t want to do that, do what the Democrats do and declare that your lawn is a census sanctuary and ignore the law, plus any other laws that you don’t like.
