I now see reports of 99 deaths in NYC out of 125 for the whole state, and 12,305 positive cases in NYC out of 20,875 positive cases in the whole state, with 78,289 tests given
New York is the most populous city in the United States, more than twice the size of the second largest city, Los Angeles.
Well being that the Mayor is an open border sanctuary city nut case as well as the Governor, it would be interesting to know how many Chinese from Wuhan have been swarming in since last year
Thankfully I do not live there and have no enthusiasm for visiting. Give me rural anywhere.
Houston, I think we have found the cause of NYC's lack of concern about the Constitution.
This all misses the biggest point about disease transmission in NYC:
Filthy dirty, crazy, people living on top of each other.
Imagine the disgusting San Francisco poopers allover town.
Nasty filth all over every surface you come in contact with.
All kinds of contagious, virulent, deadly shiite . . . everywhere.
Why do all the Groovy Urban folks wear black?
It hides the dirty grimey filth they rub against.
Oh yeah, don’t forget he INSANE, homeless urchins coughing, spitting slashing, punching, attacking everything they see.
And that’s the stuff OUTSIDE the body.
Add in STD’s, TB, HIV, drugs, out of control body fluid exchanges of any and all sorts . . .
ChComFlu is just another pile of smegma to avoid.
1 death every 9.1 minutes, and in 2015 the NYT reported less, that each year around 50,000 people die in New York,
Trust, but verify. With the NYTs definitely verify.
The above stat that says a birth every 4.4 minutes and death every 9.1 minutes immediately did not compute for me to 50,000 deaths per year because I knew NYC has about 215,000 birth a year. The State of NY and the City of NY both make it excruciating difficult to find death data. The most recent I could find was for 2008 to 2016. The actual total is double you number.
Bronx: 9705
Kings: 15978
New York: 53891
Queens: 14528
Richmond: 3715
Total: 97817
Although the reporter may consider the outer boroughs not to be a part of NYC.
