“None of us in here are panicking - we went thru that phase long ago.”
I’m with you! I’m having the time of my life, with my wife and (grown) kids home for the long term. We’re brimming with food, fuel, and other items. I don’t know how long we’ll have to deal with this crap, but I know that 99% of the people around me (the FluBros) will buckle long before us.
Thanks Bob - glad you are all safe!!
Being educated and educating yourself (as we did early) allows you to set expectations in your mind.
I expected stuff to get weird in the stores because that is what normally happens. When I saw it, it was deja vu. Did it change? I bought a second set of 5 for $5 crushed tomatoes. I made some magnificent gravy tonight.
Expectations gives your brain trigger points. You will automatically know when a trigger point is hit...and you will have thought, What next.
No panic. Brains. Its whats for dinner tonight in the apocalypse!
