LIVINGSTON, NJ — As the number of positive COVID-19 cases in Livingston increased to 28 on Monday, the Livingston Health Department (LHD) also announced the death of an 87-year-old Livingston resident who died as result of injuries sustained during a recent fall, but later tested positive for the COVID-19 disease.
