Where is the debate televised?
TX
Houston mayor does not want to issue stay in place.
Houston - 24
Houston area - 161
“Houston mayor does not want to issue stay in place.”
Not until tomorrow or Wednesday at least.
So many INSIST on waiting until it is completely out of control to act.
We need psychological studies on this, for sure.

i wonder if all of this is leading to another constitutional showdown and impeachment attempt, after trump starts using emergency powers to break the congressional stalemate?
I think watching what happens in the UK with them on full country wide lockdown will give us a good indication of what we can expect here in the coming weeks in terms of civil disturbances.
Yes, they seem fine, thank you.
To be quite honest, I never know how much they can say, so I try to read between the lines a bit. I dont think that life is normal over there yet - shoot, Im not sure it ever was.
I love visiting China for the wonderful food and family. But one week is all I can stand without my claustrophobia kicking in. Now that Ive talked so much crap about the CCP online, I will be afraid of arrest next time that I go there.
I’m wondering why the arcane STEM discussions in this thread are perceived as ‘stressed’.
If this sort of stuff stresses him he’d drop dead in medical or grad school.
I fail to understand how data points are ‘stressful’.
No anger at all, just the facts.
It doesn't even begin to make sense, though. Really a foolish argument right from the get go.
The facts, and figures I provided, show that less, no make it way less, than 1 percent of the nation has been infected so far by CoVid-19, and an even smaller percentage of less than 1 percent has succumbed. Even when we look at the worldwide numbers, they too represent that less than 1 percent have been confirmed infected, and even smaller percentage of less than 1 percent have succumbed to CoVid-19.
When we look at the flu, in just this current season, we see the numbers of hospitalized, hospitalized means they were very serious cases of flu, are larger than the confirmed for CoVid-19, percentage wise. The same holds true for deaths by flu vs CoVid-19, the percentage of deaths from the flu, in just this country, far exceeds the deaths from CoVid-19 worldwide.
No hysteria and panic generated for the flu, which is thus far much deadlier than CoVid-19.
I looked at your site, but I will not bother to examine it, but I will gladly listen to your argument. Not that I really care what Britain's rational for their response is to CoVid-19. Present your case.
Regardless, it still does not change the fact that the flu has been far more deadly, at least to this point. Only time will tell if that remains the case or not. But we sure see how devastating the panic has been, not only to this country, but to the world. I will weather this economically, but it's others who won't that I am concerned for.
So go ahead and try to convince me that this is far worse than the flu and justifies so much panic and severe draconian measures. I'm not going to do your research for you, especially since you are so obviously well informed by this site. I am more than willing to listen to your argument though.
Oh, as for being a flu-bro, I have no clue what the even means. You can explain that too if you decide to engage in further debate.
FL governor just ordered a 14 day quarantine for anyone flying from new York and New Jersey hot spots
About time.
TX
Austin - CapMetro (city bus) ridership down nearly 75% from early March.
Austin - to vote for 60 day grace period for paying rent
Austin - Stupid Lake Travis HS students took soccer balls to Honduras and got stuck in border closure. Roger Williams (R-Texas) had to take time off of CV to get them home. Bet they didn’t learn a lesson.
Blanco Co. - first case
Burnet Co. - ?!? maybe took away their first case count. Just go through your day as everyone has it.
Health officials say that any person who was at the H-E-B in Schertz between 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on March 16 may have been exposed.
Texas Baptist Men - The organization dropped off 10,000 N95 respirator masks, 2,000 hazmat suits and six decontamination tents to the State Operations Center in Austin.
Just posted the same to you.
You don’t ok?
“You can explain that too if you decide to engage in further debate.”
That would be like debating with the old lady down the street, trying to convince her that she’s not the cousin of Queen Elizabeth and is not in line to inherit the throne. It’s fruitless.
Doing good, here.
Y’all okay?
People on Twitter mad that there’s no #HoustonLockdown
FL governor might have a hot spot on his hands after spring break.
😂🤣 Isn't that a little late? Especially after his Spring Break fiasco??
