They knew after H1N1 in 2009 they were woefully unprepared and they needed to make drastic changes. That’s 7 years on Obama’s watch that nothing got done with these guys.
I don’t believe it is any accident that the “open borders” sanctuaries are the hardest hit; there are no health screenings for the illegals they traffic here, and those people seem to have a lower regard for laws and customs in general than the larger population.
