Yum, yum....
My garlic looks great too and is almost ready to come out of the raised beds.
How do you store it afterwards?

I ended up dehydrating much of my garlic to keep it. I bought a garlic mandolin and sliced it very thin.

I laid the slices on parchment paper on cookie sheets and set the over to standard proof, which is not too hot, and left them int there for about 3 days.

A word of caution, though. Open the windows in the kitchen or you'll burn your eyes out.

Now I have nice dehydrated garlic slices like this.

I keep most of my garlic in plastic tubs on a lower shelf in the greenhouse and it lasts most of the season before the next crop is mature ...
